The small print, in plain English
Who can use my code?
Anyone who has not ordered from KiwiSim before. You cannot use your own code, and a code cannot be combined with a promo code.
When do I get my credit?
As soon as your friend has paid for their order. We send you an email when the credit is in your account.
How do I spend my credit?
Credit comes off your next KiwiSim order automatically when you are signed in. You can turn it off at checkout if you want to save it.
Does my credit expire?
Yes. Each credit is valid for 12 months from the day you earn it. Your account shows when each one expires.
What happens if my friend gets a refund?
We take back the credit that order earned. If you have already spent it, we take it from any other credit you have.
Credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred. The full rules are in our terms and conditions.
