Super easy to set up! And affordable which was awesome.

Bought this one as it said Telstra coverage was included and it wasn't so in remote areas I had zero coverage

We travel from Perth to Melbourne by road. We had data connection everywhere you would expect like roadhouses on Nullarbor. Would be handy if there was some way to receive Message. As we found camp ground sent after hours check in info on message.

My phone got broken while I was traveling and got a new phone but couldnt transfer the Sim to new phone wouldn't set up again so was a waste

Was a little nervous, as the company was new, but everything worked easily and simply, Used it for a week in the Gold Coast. Highly recommend.

Really easy to use and no issues with connectivity. Love that its nz owned. Only gave 4 stars because I manually chose 8 days of coverage however on the last day it stopped working.

Couldn’t find a number to ring to help set up so in the end it was a waste of money as I had to buy another eSIM from another company that could support me

I thought I could phone and text but couldn’t. Found it difficult to use but perhaps I didn’t know Was not happy with it.

Easy to set up with clear instructions. Two week trip to Queensland. Purchase 10GB but only used 2 so would get a smaller plan next time.

Great value for money, seamless transfer

Worked fine for first 14 days but then wouldn’t add additional day and when I purchased another sim it just wouldn’t work despite doing everything the same as the first one. So frustrating.

It would have been good to know the name of the sim beforehand - I lost a days data useage because I thought the name that kept popping up on my phone sounded to me like a private modem name. Having kiwisim in the name would have been useful

I only able to use half of day one and one day due to signal. Theres no signal of your partner coverage in the area I stayed in.

A way to check usage would be good

Appreciated having a 'kiwi' alternative that was truly comparable to the 'big telcos'

I thought I would still have access to my phone number, but guess cheap option didnt include that. Great value for our 10 day holiday.

I had no trouble using data and maps on my huge road trip!!

Zero stars - my esim never activated on landing in Australia. I sought advice from 3 frieds who were with me and none of us could figure out why. Ended up purchasing a Roaming package thru my phone provider.

Couldn't reccomended a better esim! Easy to install, worked wonderfully, and really affordable. Very happy and will be using this esim again for my next trip!

Data worked fine for most things but I couldn't get texting or calling to work. My wife had the same with her kiwi sim. Probably to do with set up , tried editing my number toba proper format but still couldn't get it to work.

Worked a treat with no issues on my iPhone 17 pro max. Make sure to read the instructions and turn roaming on.

Very easy to use and excellent value for money

Absolutely brilliant product. Could not have navigated my trip without it. One thing was the install. the first time was seamless, the second and third time were painful. However, tech support is quick, helpful and polite and we eventually resolved my issues. Would use again and recommend to all
